Document management supports all common file formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, CSV, DOCX, and structured data. Different document types can be flexibly uploaded, stored, and managed so that invoices, reports, or technical documentation remain centrally collected and neatly organized. A comment function allows additional explanations or notes. This way, all parties involved have access to the same, up-to-date version of the document and can work together without version chaos. In the future, this will be expanded with the automated import of e-invoices, which will automate and simplify invoice control to save effort and create transparency.

Clear assignment and better overview

Documents, regardless of file type and creator, are stored directly with the appropriate measurement object, for example, the battery, the PV system, or the meter. This means that photos, technical data sheets, and invoices can be uploaded to the software immediately after a metering object has been installed. Therefore, should one desire an overview of all invoices pertaining to a specific metering object, these are clearly listed in the software. All relevant information can be found immediately, without lengthy searches or detours. Storage at the metering object level ensures a clear structure, while the hierarchy tree makes navigation pleasantly simple. A single click on the respective measurement object is all it takes for all associated and most recent documents to appear immediately. This eliminates the need for queries or searching through different storage locations.
