The new “Assigned Metering Points” page in the administration area of the GreenPocket energy management software brings together all key information about metering points, customers, contracts, and locations in one central place.
This allows questions such as “Where is the metering point located and is the location correctly stored?”, “Are the contract details correct?” or “Which metering or market location is assigned to the customer?” to be answered immediately. In everyday practice, this means fewer trips, clicks and less searching. All data is clearly summarized, providing a complete overview of a client’s metering point landscape and associated customers.
Targeted filters for maximum precision
Our intelligent filter logic helps you find exactly what you are looking for. Clients and objects can be easily selected, filtered, and displayed in a complete overview. Thanks to our powerful data model, you maintain full transparency at all times, whether filtering by division, assigned customer, measurement point type, or specific measurement point characteristics.
This functionality is particularly useful when measurement data has been successfully imported but does not appear in the expected location. This is often due to a missing or incorrect assignment of the measurement point to the customer or location. On the same page, these assignments can be easily made or corrected without having to go through additional hierarchy or location pages. This keeps data transparent and customer service efficient.
Contractual connections also become clearer. Current and historical contracts are displayed at the measurement point, so that in the event of invisible measurement data or load profiles, it is immediately apparent whether this is due to an expired contract or technical causes. Instead of having to track down potential errors, the connections are now visible at a glance, structured and without detours.
Simplified customer administration and newoptions for action
The bundled information allows teams to respond faster, both in support cases and routine quality management. Assignments to locations can be made directly without additional navigation effort. Anomalies such as incomplete assignments, missing objects, or potential gaps in the contract history are immediately visible.
This creates a clear, efficient workflow for customer service representatives and system administrators, eliminating points of friction. At the same time, the new page forms the basis for further modernization steps and contributes significantly to the continuous improvement of our user experience.
